Subscription information:
When purchasing a House Series Package online, you will be placed into the best seats available on the day of the week you’ve chosen. Please see a seating map of the Rice Theatre here.
For accessibility requests or seating preferences, please indicate them in the “Order Notes” box of the checkout page. A member of the Box Office team will review your request and will be in contact about any changes regarding your tickets.
Your season tickets will be mailed to you in September 2024. If you select “hold at box office”, they will be ready for pickup at your first show of the season. Digital Tickets will also be avaliable in your ticket wallet in September.
For ticket exchanges, please contact the Box Office up until 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Exchanges can be made for any other date of the same show for no additional fee (in the same price section).
