Your season tickets will be mailed to you within 5 -10 business days. If you select “hold at box office”, they will be ready for pickup at your first show of the season. Digital Tickets will be available online at https://mytickets.citadeltheatre.com/.

For ticket exchanges, please contact the Box Office up until 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Exchanges can be made for any other date of the same show for no additional fee (in the same price section).
