When purchasing a new Season Ticket Package online, Box Office staff will place you into the best seats available on the day of the week you’ve chosen. Seats are not automatically booked at the time of purchase. A confirmation invoice will be emailed to you with your new seats within the next 5 business days of the online booking.

For accessibility requests or seating preferences, please indicate them in the “Order Notes” box of the checkout page.

Your season tickets will be mailed to you later this summer. If you select “hold at box office”, they will be ready for pickup at your first show of the season. E-Tickets are currently unavailable for season packages.

To purchase our Back By Popular Demand Package, including Six, A Christmas Carol and Made In Itay you’ll receive an email within one day of completing your Mainstage 6 ticket order, with a link to purchase. Or you may call the Box Office to purchase this package or any additional tickets.

For ticket exchanges, please contact the Box Office up until 24 hours before your scheduled performance. Exchanges can be made for any other date of the same show for no additional fee (in the same price section).
